TARGET, with a team led by Partner Roberto Nigro, supported by Senior Associate Sara Aratari and Associate Giordana Rossi, assisted Vertis SGR, an independent asset management company and one of the leading Italian players in the venture capital sector, in the Euro 2.7 million investment round in Live Story, a tech company operating in the digital experience design sector.

The transaction – which saw Vertis lead a seed round aimed at supporting the technological development and international expansion of the platform – marks a strategic step in the growth of Live Story, an innovative company founded by Stefano Mocellini, offering a visual and easily integrable CMS solution for managing omnichannel digital content.
