TARGET, with Partners Matteo Bazzani and Chiara Mariani, assisted MeglioQuesto on all legal aspects related to the transfer of control of MeglioQuesto Human to OM Group, a leading company in the design, development and management of sales and commercial networks for financial institutions.

The transaction, carried out as part of the negotiated settlement procedure involving MeglioQuesto, aims to relaunch MeglioQuesto Human through the change of control and represents a strategic step towards stabilising corporate relationships within the Group.
