TARGET with Go&Co in the acquisition of exclusive control of Antal

TARGET with Partner Tommaso Amirante and Senior Associate Teresa Di Lillo assisted Go&Co – a company owned by two private investors – in the acquisition of the remaining 50% of the share capital of Antal, a global leader in the deck equipment market for sailing boats.

The transaction follows the deal completed in September 2023, when TARGET had already advised Go&Co in purchasing the initial stake and in defining the related shareholders’ agreements.

As of today, Go&Co holds 100% of Antal’s share capital.
