TARGET, with partner Tommaso Amirante and associate Maria Vittoria Baldino, assisted Carraro in defining key aspects of its own governance functional to the IPO of Carraro India in Mumbai.
The trading of Carraro India Limited shares commenced on December 30, 2024, at the Mumbai Stock Exchange, in the presence of Tomaso Carraro, Vice President of the Group and Carraro India, Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director of Carraro India, and Walter Ferrara, the Consul General of Italy in Mumbai.
The team provided strategic support to Carraro in managing shareholder dynamics, ensuring accurate representation of its governance in the IPO prospectus and laying the groundwork for the potential future evolution of the shareholding structure also coordinating two Indian law firms -Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) and Khaitan & Co - both supporting TARGET in the analysis of the potential impact of the IPO on said evolution.
