TARGET thus consolidates its expansion path which had already started with the lateral hire of partners Matteo Bazzani and Chiara Mariani in the fall of 2023 and senior counsel Silvia Stabile in October 2024.

The new group of professionals, in addition to strengthening TARGET's activities in corporate M&A and litigation, adds important strategic expertise in the areas of energy, international arbitrations, administrative law and labour law.
In particular, Emanuele Breggia has gained significant experience in litigation and arbitrations, including international ones, working for 15 years together with Maurizio Traverso, founder of hi.lex law firm; Francesco Fulgoni deals with labour law and industrial relations, including in the context of extraordinary transactions; Andrea Raffaelli works in corporate M&A, with a particular focus in the renewable energy and private healthcare sectors, also with Domenico Segreti who deals with administrative law, including litigation, with particular reference to the energy and environment, urban planning, construction and public procurement sectors.

TARGET was established in 2021, and is now made up of over 40 professionals, including 15 partners.
