Assisted by TARGET for M&A and corporate profiles, Atelier’s quota-holders sold 100% of the corporate capital to Zucchetti group.
Atelier is a leading Italian IT company for the fashion retail market through its software named “Atelier”, an integrated solution for the management of the entire fashion retail flow.
