TARGET in the acquisition of Nuovaplast and 3R by the Italo-Brazilian group Valgroup

Assisted by TARGET for M&A, corporate and tax profiles, the Italo-Brazilian Valgroup group – active for more than 45 years in the production, processing and recycling of polymers industry and with a consolidated turnover of about $1.5 billion – acquired 100% of the Italian companies Nuovaplast and 3R.
Nuovaplast is a leading manufacturer of PET and recycled PET preforms, while 3R is active in the production of recycled PET.
TARGET’s M&A team was composed by Fabio Coppola, Taila Centrella, Teresa Di Lillo, Giacomo Antonini and Francesco Lisciandra; the tax team by Enrico Cossa and Beatrice Pezza.
