TARGET with Antal in the acquisition of XPO

TARGET assisted Antal – an Italian company internationally renowned for the production of sailing deck equipment – in the acquisition of the entire share capital of XPO, a long-standing distributor in the French market for Antal and many other leading brands, including Tylaska, Furlerboom, Allen, Ropeye, Protect Tape and Clamcleat.

This transaction follows shortly after the execution of a partnership agreement with Karver Systems and marks a significant strengthening of Antal’s position in its sector on a global scale.
