TARGET with Vertis SGR in a €3,8 million seed round in Soource

TARGET assisted Vertis SGR in connection with the €3 million seed round in Soource S.r.l., an innovative startup developing advanced procurement solutions for supplier sourcing and selection.

The transaction was led by Vertis SGR through the “Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup” fund, with the participation of Tenity, 360 Capital Partners and Club degli Investitori.

TARGET acted with a team led by our Partner Roberto Nigro and composed of our Managing Associate Sveva Ricci and our Associate Matteo Pedrini.

The investment will support Soource’s growth trajectory, fostering the development of its technology platform and strengthening its position in the digital procurement solutions market.
