TARGET assisted the partners of SRG ASSOCIATI, a long-standing provider of administrative, tax, accounting, and labour consulting services, with a strong focus on SMEs and public administration, in the investment transaction by Augens Capital, supported by Keyhaven Capital Partners, aimed at launching a consolidation project in the reference market.

Headquartered in Milan and with offices in Brescia, Bergamo, Vasto, and Trento, SRG Associati has been active for over 30 years and has grown both organically and through strategic acquisitions, expanding its client base, service offerings, and geographic presence. Today, SRG Associati supports approximately 900 clients through recurring engagements, often managing the complete outsourcing of administrative, tax, accounting and labor consulting.
