"Collectibles: passion assets and generational continuity"
Events
Yesterday, at Finarte's Milan headquarters, we had the pleasure of organizing an event dedicated to the value of collections and passion assets concerning the generational continuity, in collaboration with the historic Milan Auction House.
A discussion on an increasingly central issue for collectors and families, combining culture and succession planning. Our Private Clients team - with partners Alfredo Malguzzi, Enrico Cossa, Pietro Michele Villa and senior counsel Silvia Stabile – analysed in-depth the strategic and tax aspects related to the management and generational continuity of artistic assets and collections – such as considering handing down to the next generations family heirlooms and assets.
Much appreciation for the panelists who enriched the debate with their valuable contributions: Professor Guido Guerzoni, (Bocconi University), Notary Paola Casali, Ettore Molinario, collector of design and contemporary and historical photography, and Fabio Massimo Bertolo, antique book expert at Finarte.
We look forward to upcoming events on these key issues for those who wish to protect, enhance, and pass on their passion assets to future generations.
